Role Title HR Business Partner

Reporting to Senior HR Business Partner
Location Sanaswadi , Pune, Corporate office
Role Purpose:
To act as HR business partner, support in employee development, organizational brand building and work towards making the company a preferred employer. Work on HR process improvements, reward and recognition, support payroll management (outsourced), employee life cycle
management & services.
Ensure right on boarding of candidates and Induction of new employees, drive mentoring program.
• Prepare various documents related to employment and the welcome kit.
• Prepare employee announcement, obtain email/internet facility / asset allocation as per the need / policy.
• Carry out new employee welcome, joining formalities as per the check list including issuance of appointment letter, reference check.
• Organize induction, obtain feedback and maintain record.
• Ensure training of mentors and run proper mentoring program

• Attracting best talent with the help of various assessment tools & methodology.
• Hiring & training Graduate programs like GET, MT
• Career progression and deployment, retention of graduates

• Use the mechanism to identify the high potential employees and ensure structured development.
• Ensure timely assessment, deployment, and utilization of talent pool & maintain updated record.
• Employee counselling
Support ongoing Organizational Development initiatives
• Support in various awards / rewards scheme.
• Finding the root cause of the employee exits through exit interview report and suggesting appropriate actions to mitigate attrition / dissatisfaction.
• Take efforts and support on initiatives towards employer certification like Great Place to Work
• Central Communications
Compensation & Benefits, Payroll management/support,
• Provide inputs / check the accuracy of the data for payroll (Outsourced)
• Maintain accurate records pertaining payroll
• Maintaining the record of loan and advances.
• Maintaining and preparing data for Bonus Payment annually.
• Full & Final Settlement support
Provide employee services
• Managing life cycle like appointment, confirmation, promotion, separation
• Monitor compliance POSH
HR analytics and process improvements
• Capture process data and generate insights into effectiveness of HR Processes.
• Work with manager to realign or change the process flow in order to reduce errors and improve effectiveness of HR Processes
• Develop periodical reports and dashboard for communicating health of HR priorities
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Employee services, Payroll, Compliances, Experience in training management, Graduate management
Experience in working with MNC / reputed company is desirable. Knowledge of Success Factor / HRMS
Manufacturing Industry Preferred
Agile, Good interpersonal skill, communication skill, analytical ability,
