Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. Should have good exposure in Lateral hiring & leadership hiring. This role ensures the organization attracts top talent, effectively screens and interviews candidates, and successfully integrates new hires into the company culture and operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, MBA, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and screening techniques.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems, ORACLE, HRIS, workdays, success factor, MIS and dashboard.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
