Job Description

Formulating GTM Strategies, business planning, forecasting
• Hold direct P&L responsibility for a segment/Sector, with sales quota of team members rolling up
• Build relationships at C-Level with key clients
• Understand and comply with order booking, revenue, invoicing and collection processes
• Understanding customer's business, strategies, objectives & position our offerings accordingly
• Mentor & coach sales team members

Requirements

Individual with overall 20+ years’ experience with a minimum of 8 to10 years of quota-carrying sales experience
• Prior experience in selling Engineering R&D services with domain experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Medical / Life Sciences
• Sound experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue generation, Demand and Opportunity management, Business modelling, Commercial Negotiations & Contracts management
• Comfortable with sales operations including the creation and management of large and sustainable sales pipelines, accurate forecasting and sales reporting
• A Self-Motivated, High Energy team player who can seamlessly co-ordinate between internal and external customers
• Ability to coach and mentor Sales executives
• Evidence of establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives
• Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple clients in a self-driven environment
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Preferred experience - Experience in managing a team of sales executives with P&L ownership for a sector / Industry segment /portfolio
