Key job deliverables
Plant Maintenance:
• Preventive maintenance compliance as per plan
• Reduce equipment downtime hours
• Optimizing of maintenance budget
• Ensure compliance of the site as per statutory and Group Standard requirements
• Implement Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, SIO, BBS, Site Safety & other Audit actions
• Contribute to develop good HSE, lean & 5S culture in the shop floor.
• Train & motivate Engineering Contractors, Cell Assistants & Technicians to follow Good Engineering Practice, HSE, quality systems
• Deal with different Government departments
Supplier Management
• Identifying, developing and deploying Suppliers to support business requirements
• Coordinate with third party for engineering support services and ensure availability of trained head count for plant maintenance.
CAPEX Management
• CAPEX Planning and execution as per plan
Experience - 8 - 16 yrs
Education - B. Tech/B.E
