About the job
Education/ Experience And Skill Requirement
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial industry
Background in Finance. CFA/MS/MBA Finance preferred
Tech/BE/degree in computer science will be added advantage.
Knowledge and interest in Asset and Wealth Management industry and familiarity with industry jargon
Background in Capital Markets/Mutual Funds
Good knowledge of VBA, ability to write VBA macros will be added advantage
Responsibilities
The role entails the timely update of critical data of Asset management, Investment Banks on various third party databases and explore/implement scope for automating the process
Consultant database update(CDB) role involves updating of various vital and critical quantitative and qualitative data such as AUM, Fund holdings, PM team information etc. for Asset management firms, Investment banks on fixed intervals
Liaise with CDB team at the client end and other departments as needed, on timely basis to source information on various funds/strategies managed by the client
Assist with quantitative and qualitative data requests from internal and external business partners
Work on Request for Consultant Data Questionnaires (CDQs) / Request for Information (RFIs) for various investment products.
Coordinate quality checking and proofing of all information updated
Maintain existing consultant database and templates
Ability to handle client pressure and timely deliveries of projects
Document, track and report processes and tasks
